DATA AQUISITION, ANALYSIS AND MODELING
Using cutting edge technology we gather data more effectively and efficiently than previously possible. Aerial LiDAR sensing and multi-spectral imaging allow us to map and analyze large areas quickly. Terrestrial scanners provide high resolution 3D models for AEC, BIM, Forensic Analysis, Accident Reconstruction, As-Builts and more. Our remote sensing work is based on advanced geodetic control framework that only a professional land surveyor is qualified to provide. In this way we can sync combinations of data sets to high precision and accuracy.
SURVEY
At Bear Flag Engineering our professional land surveyors and support personnel are talented and versed in the legal and technical aspects of the profession. We are engaged daily in legal research, resolving boundary discrepancies, boundary dispute litigation support, counseling on the meaning of boundary and easement legal descriptions, and land divisions. We are also technically versed in conducting detailed as-built, topographic, forensic and monitoring control surveys utilizing state of the art equipment and instruments, including such tools as high precision satellite positioning receivers, 3D laser scanners, mobile LiDAR scanners, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s or more commonly “Drones”), multi-spectral cameras, as well as the occasional tape measure, plumb bob and sledge hammer. Our land survey teams bring the experience of the site to you.
ENGINEERING
Encompassing a broad range of services, our civil engineering and technical expertise spans from water sourcing and natural resource valuation through conceptual and detailed design of critical site infrastructure.
